SCREENING OF WOODY ALLEN’S ZELIG.
The first film in our Swiss Spaghetti Harvest Festival; a season of films that blur the lines between fact and fiction.
Woody Allen’s oft overlooked masterpiece. Allen plays the eponymous Leonard Zelig, a nondescript man who has the ability to transform his appearance to that of the people who surround him. Using meticulously crafted mock-archive footage of Zelig, Allen creates one of the most endearing and funny films ever made.
‘Zelig is Woody Allen’s most brilliant, most inspired fictional creation… It’s ‘Citizen Kane’ miraculously transformed into a side-splitting comedy’
