THE SWISS SPAGHETTI HARVEST FESTIVAL

Our inaugural film festival begins. TOMORROW. It’s a season of documentaries that meddle with the lines between fact and fiction and the name is a tribute to possibly the most famous example of such japes; Panorma’s 1957 Swiss Spaghetti April Fools. All these films play fast and loose with the ‘truth’, they are all are very clever and very funny. Particularly exciting is the news that Stephen Volk and Lesley Manning, writer and director of the legendary Ghostwatch show (which caused such a fuss it was banned for a decade and has never been shown again) will be joining us for the screening on May 11th.

THE SWISS SPAGHETTI HARVEST FESTIVAL

• TUESDAY 13TH APRIL. ZELIG (WOODY ALLEN, 1983)

• TUESDAY 27TH APRIL. BOB ROBERTS (TIM ROBBINS 1992)

• TUESDAY 11TH MAY. GHOSTWATCH (BBC 1992) - FOLLOWED BY Q & A WITH WRITER STEPHEN VOLK AND DIRECTOR LESLEY MANNING.

• TUESDAY 25TH MAY. LITTLE DIETER NEEDS TO FLY (WERNER HERZOG, 1997)

All tickets on sale now. See the events page for more information.
